From our corporate headquarters at the crossroads of the Northeast in Latham, NY, Mobile Air proudly serves a customer base of over 1,200 forwarders, airlines and industrial companies on a daily basis.

We are an LTL carrier proudly offering air freight pickup, delivery and line haul, LTL interstate and intrastate general commodity surface transportation, overnight direct airport-to-airport and door-to-door service, air cargo handling, residential white glove delivery, warehousing and distribution service, LCL ocean transportation, U.S. Customs bonded service and expedited delivery service, asset recovery, medical equipment delivery, packaging and crating, last mile delivery and retail service.

OUR DRIVERS
Our drivers are uniformed, TSA qualified and HAZMAT endorsed. We have dedicated drivers, helpers and equipment for residential deliveries.

OUR COVERAGE AREA
With terminals in JFK, ALB, BGM, BUF and ROC and an agent network, we service 4,200 domestic cities across New York, Massachusetts, western Vermont, northern Pennsylvania, and  Toronto, Canada (GTA, 263 points). We also offer overnight, direct airport-to-airport and door-to-door service between JFK, EWR, ALB, BGM, BUF, ROC, SWF, SYR, BOS, and YYZ.

OUR FLEET
Our well-maintained fleet of vehicles ranges from vans to 24-26ft straight trucks (all with lift gates) to tractor trailers, all air-ride equipped. Our tractors are GPS equipped for full visibility.
